Applications and performance
RO-E filters ensure clean room air in heavily polluted working
areas and considerably improve working conditions. The danger of accidents through greasy oily floor deposits is avoided and time and costs
for cleaning are clearly reduced. |

Oil mist, oil vapours, aerosols, welding vapours, softener vapours, rubber and forge smoke,
etc., are filtered with a separation degree of almost 100% directly at the source or decentrally over a wide area, e.g. in production areas, and
the lower toxic limits are complied with. The cleaning effect covers particles of 0.01 µ to 100 µ with an air output of 2000 to 40,000 m³/h. The
filter inserts and the collectors can be reused after cleaning. |

Design and equipment
The complete basic appliance, which is ready for operations, is equipped
with a prefilter, ionisator, collector, afterfilter, switchgear cabinet, discharge siphon, connecting lead and rails for individual mounting
and can be installed completely with the accessories or integrated in a duct system. |
The directly driven and therefore maintenance-free ventilator guarantees a high level of
operational reliability. An electronic monitoring unit protects the high-voltage transformer. The switchgear cabinet, which can only be opened if
the voltage is switched off, is attached directly to the appliance with an integrated high-voltage unit and has several fuses. |

- Suction box with one or more connections
- Suction fitting with butterfly valve for individually adjustable air output
- Suction box with mist collector for extracting emulsion mist
- Suction box with an additional pre-filter for particularly heavy dirt
- Remote control unit for RO-E filters that are to be installed at positions that are difficult to access
- Remote control unit with speed controller: as above, but with continuous electronic control of the ventilator speed
