RO-MAT
is a system for the automatic collection and distribution of products. It enables a considerable increase in machinery utilisation times, in particular in combination with process monitoring systems.

Avoiding incorrectly mixing quality parts for orders with unserviceable scrap parts and reliably distributing the finished quantities in containers provided for this purpose leads to higher productivity and to full utilisation of the machine capacities.

Together with production and assembly, the downstream and parallel storage areas must also be included in cost concepts. For example, internal disposal of chippings or transport of small parts provide opportunities for saving time and money and for increasing quality. ROTHSTEIN magnetic chute conveyors comply with these requirements.

The chippings to be transported, or magnetisable small parts, are led at the discharge point onto the slide or into the receiver hoper of the chute conveyor. The magnet systems move underneath the wear-resistant V2A steel chute inside the chute conveyor. A magnetic force field is created that then moves the parts lying on the slide.

The enclosed construction of the slide chute ensures trouble-free working.
