The ROTHSTEIN Integral Heavy Duty rail system provides a comprehensive programme for designing internal loading and transport installations, such as loading platforms, loading ramps, etc. The exactly coordinated dimension system guarantees that existing installations can be altered or extended at any time.

The screwed connections are easy to unscrew so that changes and extensions are possible without any great effort. The parts (posts, sections, separating panels, material locks, stairs, etc.) are simply screwed together. The necessary screws, plugs and tools can be supplied on request.

Profile rails can also be retrofitted with safety inserts. The sheet-metal or plastic glass safety inserts are simply placed between the profiles and screwed in, or insertion of interconnecting discs (see Safety systems)

Loading zones are secured by protective locks. These locks ensure that one side is always closed. They protect personnel and goods from falling out.
