The perfectly matched cable protection programme consists of a comprehensive and flexible modular system that takes account of all spatial situations. With this system cables, compressed air or hydraulic pipes can be securely protected, correctly guided and retrofitted without any problems.

The basic part of the system is the cable duct, which comes equipped with a lifting cover and a sash fastener. Cable ducts are available in 7 different cross-sections (50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300 and 400 mm) and in lengths up to 3000 mm.

90° and 45° elbows, T-pieces, crosspieces, diverters, flanges and many other practical components, all of which are available in the different cross-sections, extend the system. The reducers and extension pieces are particularly important elements of this system: they enable the cable protection system to be extended or reduced at any

point in the system to the next size, whether smaller or larger, and ensure the highest level of flexibility.

The system is designed so that cables or pipelines can be inserted without having to be threaded in. This enables quick installation and easy retrofitting. The covers are permanently attached to the elements by means of a sturdy strap hinge, so that work on the cable

protection system, e.g. retrofitting lines, maintenance, etc., is easy to carry out.

All components are made of zinc-plated or hot-galvanised sheet steel, 1 m or 1.5 mm thick, or of V2A sheet. Painting in any RAL colour is possible.
