Functional and Flexible

The removal cycle is freely programmable with the PLCcontrol unit. The control unit also makes it possible to operate the bulk-materials lift as an independent system or to link it with the controls of the production unit. To avoid great drop heights for sensitive materials, the output height can be continously set between 900 and 1400 mm. Just a few adjustments and the material ejection height is set as desired. The transport mechanism does not have to be adjusted as well.

Small, Clean and Safe

The encapsulated housing and the toothed belt lift drive reduce noise emission to a minimum. An integrated oil separation system traps any oil that might leak from the transport belt for an environmentally-friendly disposal of coolants and lubricants. The toothed beld drive also requires no maintance and permits high transport speed.
